Bina Vithlani is a serial entrepreneur based in Ahmedabad with deep roots in the city’s culture, communities, and real estate ecosystem. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Gujarat University, which laid the foundation for her strong understanding of business operations, finance, and client management. Having lived, worked, and built businesses locally, Bina brings a rare combination of ground-level insight and global exposure.
Over the years, she has explored entrepreneurial ventures across health and fitness, arts, and aesthetics—experiences that refined her ability to create people-centric, trust-driven businesses. Her extensive travels across Asia, Europe, and North America, along with close family ties in each of these regions, revealed a growing and persistent gap in the market: the lack of reliable, professional property management solutions for property owners living away from their investments, particularly NRIs and out-of-city landlords.
Bina also draws on decades of real estate knowledge from her uncles and cousins, who are seasoned professionals in construction and contracting.
